Why renting comes first
Renters often encounter income multiples, guarantor requirements, deposits and shared household costs without a clear explanation of how the figures fit together. FigurePath’s first release connects those questions instead of offering one isolated calculator.
Our principles

- Respect privacy: run calculations in the browser without requiring an account.
- Be honest about uncertainty: do not promise tenant-reference or landlord decisions.
- Correct mistakes: provide a defined review and correction process.
What FigurePath does not do
FigurePath is not a landlord, letting agent, referencing provider, insurer, lender or legal adviser. Calculator results are estimates for education and planning.
How the website is funded
The core calculators are intended to remain free. FigurePath may later earn money from clearly disclosed affiliate links or commercial introductions. These relationships will not change calculator results.
