Accuracy matters. If you believe a FigurePath calculation, example, source or explanation is wrong or outdated, please report it.
What to include
- The URL of the affected page.
- The calculator version and review date shown on that page.
- The inputs used, without names, addresses or other sensitive personal information.
- The result you received and the result you expected.
- A link to any official guidance supporting the correction.
Do not send sensitive information
Do not send tenancy agreements, payslips, bank statements, identity documents, tax references or account passwords. A simplified example is usually enough to investigate a calculation.
How reports are handled
FigurePath will reproduce the example, review the formula and check current primary sources. If a material correction is required, we will update the calculator or explanation and change the calculation version or review date where appropriate.
Urgent personal situations
FigurePath cannot resolve tenancy disputes or provide individual legal or financial advice. If a deadline, deposit dispute, homelessness risk or legal issue affects you personally, contact the relevant authority or qualified adviser rather than waiting for a website correction.
Report a correction
Email correction reports to uche@figurepath.co.uk. Include the affected page URL and a simplified example, but do not attach sensitive documents.
